  For a movie titled Anora, it is strange that the movie does not seem to want to be about Anora. Why Vanya and Igor are so much more fleshed out as real, living characters is upsetting. It feels a disservice to Mikey Madison’s stellar performance that her character is not given the same tenderness, thought, and development as some of the male characters.
