might not have been the most jaw-dropping movie ever, but it meant a lot to me personally as someone who is constantly battling anxiety. everything about how it was depicted was SO realistic; the self-justification of it as a way to stay safe and be prepared for every possible scenario, and how preparation thoughts naturally trend towards negative outcomes and not positive ones (when there's usually a 50/50 chance of either outcome). i loved how they depicted the grounding techniques…
