I really liked Jerrod. It was a deeply intimate and thought-provoking experience. I really appreciated the vulnerability in his storytelling and was particularly impressed by how flawlessly the live audience connected with him - a rare feat for any comedian. I was so ready to love this film, but it completely lost me when the main character crept into the relationship like a complete chauvinistic asshole.
