Don’t really know how to log/rate this one, as this was my first time watching the international pilot version. So I’m just gonna give it 5 stars and put it in my top four favourites!
I think of the alternative ending as an insight into the world of twin peaks, and just one of the many ways the narrative could've gone, but wrapped into a neat package
Honestly the fact that Lynch is already mentioning elements like the above the convenience…
This film does extremely well to not to fall into
the trap of being over indulgent. But in the moments where it is ; “you look like an orange” dialogue like this save it from being totally soul destroying.
It’s almost like the film is balancing on a tightrope for the duration of its two hour runtime, and for me it pulls it off.
Noel Gallagher seems to be everywhere but on the phone with his brother.

This whole film was like the ending of John Wick 2, where there’s just assassins everywhere randomly dotted around the city. Except there’s just out cannibals everywhere across America.
