Deadpool & Wolverine 2024
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
Overall, I’m not into Deadpool’s humor, but this managed to squeeze a handful of laughs out of me. Similarly, overall I’m burnt out on the MCU (as well as most of the “geek culture” megafranchises), but I marked out like a 12 year old when Wolverine pulls his mask up in the third act.
But all I could think about the entire time was how much my cousin, who passed several weeks ago, would have loved every second of this and I’m really sad he didn’t get to see it.
