Not usually one to write negative reviews. I don't know exactly what to say about this movie. It was hard to get through, and I did not stay sober through it. For lack of better words, it felt masturbatory. Filled with references, but not in a good way. Cute in a Disney channel movie kind of way, but PG-13.

Hachi: A Dog's Tale 2009
I knew about the real story of Hachi but hadn't seen this film yet. The story definitely is Americanized, but was still enjoyable and very cute. Cried a few times.
