Absolute garbage, movie is 2 hours long but it feels like 7. Why would Disney go from using Elton John for a sound track to using the cds that homeless guys handout in New York City. This was made to become a play and they had zero intentions of making a good movie. The lions don’t have nutsacks again, they clearly didn’t read my reviews on the last live action lion king.
Has Disney completely given up on quality and just pushes quantity?

4 stars and 1 wank - nice story about the boys. Isla fisher is an absolute gem Protect her at all cost. Owen Wilson is 37 in this movie and that makes me sad.
I think this movie was the origin of the planet of the apes franchise. It was the first time a monkey tasted the power of an emperor.
Bad ass fight scenes until you remember Roman’s were like 5’5” makes you think you could have fucked them all up too.
Kinda in the mood to take over an empire, kinda in the mood to eat some grapes from a young handsome gold painted man, kinda in the mood to ride a horse. This movie makes you feel a lot of different ways.
I mean cmon I didn’t think it was possible to be better than the first one and they did it.
