The maestro’s version of Black Swan only with even more nuance, stellar acting, and a relevant, strumming theme to today’s cancel culture. The film plays out much like a live symphony would with sudden ups and subtle spiraling downs, cold bass-y undertones, and an overtone that arises anxiously to the conscious well after it has already hit your subconscious without your knowing.
Dreamy, yet visceral. A pining feeling for warmth pervades. I could go on - a must watch.
