said a lot about art donaldson as a man when he confidently pulled out his velcro wallet in front of a woman

might just been the most boring movie i've ever had to endure during a mystery movie showing. everything was so cliche and annoying, acting from steve coogan just seemed like he would've rather been anywhere else, the script was just stupid. i saw the trailer a few times and thought it looked like a money laundering gimmick, turns out i was right!! whatever i guess the penguin was cute.

might not have enjoyed as much as some others do, it nevertheless made me feel nostalgic for a era only one of my parents had the pleasure of experiencing. adored the way this one night was captured, the chemistry between such a large cast -- it truly felt like they were trying to make the best of it. sure, some of the acting was questionable but taking the time period and story into account i'd say even the missed moments didn't take center stage. overall, this a classic and it's obvious why. also parker posey.

such a weird one. i mean they convinced me of their main point and that is abraham lincoln being a bit fruity so i guess it was effective?

that gay dirty blonde historian needed to calm down, he was getting a little heated over made up arguments.

maybe i was oblivious to the numerous amount of times i saw the trailer but i wasn't expecting the current political commentary this brings so that was kind of cool. this kept me entertained for the most part aside from a few dragged out moments that made the project as a whole feel too long but it's robert pattinson's performance that shapes everything and makes you forget the minimal flaws.
