Some really compelling scenes and a fun misdirection on the protagonist makes this a good early Denis film. Highest scene was top tier entertainment.
Feels like it’s missing more depth from characters that I didn’t care about too much. Emily Blunt was really good and Benito del Toro was great too.
Fun watch because of Chalamet. He was brilliant. Jeff really enjoyed it
Unconvincing, relied on cheap jump scares (were kinda fun tho), didn’t care about main character (but really good acting from her), random wussy British guy shows up halfway through and tries to become main character, dumb decisions constantly by people, and killed off the best character early on in the movie lol.
Makes you want to watch Quiet Place 1 because they actually are smart and try to survive unlike this movie.
Trying to think why it deserves any stars.…
