  i get the criticism that surround this movie and i agree--it does sometimes feel like it gives a "not picking sides" which is disappointing and sadder in more recent times. but i will also say that i enjoyed the fuck out of this movie, the characters on the pro choice side, and most especially laura dern <3 

  at the end of the day she just wanted to be allowed to make her own decisions!!!!!! she wanted money!!! she wanted everyone to shut up!!!!!!! whom amongst us doesnt. cmon now i cant hate it

  the best part of this movie was the parents relationship like they were literally just vibing, in love, and super passionate abt their careers (which they SHARED!). who trynna be like that w me in 30 yrs 🥵🥵

  starting this review with the disclaimer that this movie made me extremely uncomfortable and angry in ways that media/content, especially those about themes like the ones in the movie that are created by Men, should not. 

  so so so much happened in this movie that simply should not have happened. this movie shouldnt exist and neither should the book. men should stop having a hand in creating content that heavily leans on and is based on the suffering of women…
