  Barely five minutes in and i was shocked I haven’t seen this movie sooner. The scoring is insane it’s perfectly ominous and defeated on purpose. The cinematography is so calculated and intentional honestly im honestly shocked the filmmakers and story tellers thought to do some of the things they did with the cinematography.

  And the obvious difference in experience between the soldiers and the delegates is so critical and obvious it makes the over arching moral of the movie sadder because you’re watching these soldiers suffer while the people putting them on those front lines are comfortable

  No hate to Madam Pommeraye but she might be schizophrenic because she fully made up a problem just to get mad at her man and then take it out on some poor prostitute and her mother.

  Phenomenal cinematography tho

  This movie was good, I just didn’t like it. When I was watching the substance I felt like a was watching a minstrel show about ugly women. I get that the movie was supposed to be about “accepting yourself😝!!!” And “loving your body😍” but I ended the movie honestly being like “am I ugly?”
