    Due to the about of fluff and the most ridiculous historical inaccuracy I quit watching halfway. There was no point to finishing the movie as it was so full of blatant lies and embellishments of many events without a good point. Don’t even get me started on the god awful costumes that not only were period inaccurate but also had so much obvious modern polyester and zara style ‘corsets’.     Frist of all, it was the most visually stunning film released in the past 5 years atleast. I am very glad the director chose to keep the drama and some kind of camp that is in the original. I am pleased that they kept it a gothic horror fantasy and did’t add any “logical” explanation to it as directors like to do these days.
