Lady Gaga gets all the stars. Joaquin also did a phenomenal job with what they had. The storyline was wack though. Definitely a missed opportunity. Womp womp.

Mr. Crocket 2024
I’ve been a fan of Alex Pardee’s art since high school and watching this felt like seeing an old friend achieve their art dreams and is definitely worth celebrating. The character design, overall aethstetics, casting, costume design, etc felt like a dream team was behind it all. It was fun, colorful, gory, and unexpectedly heavy at times too. Reminded me a lot of Candle Cove from Channel Zero.

Strange Darling 2023
The creative direction and overall stylization of this movie was so beautiful! Loved how glowy and vibrant a lot of scenes were and how the lighting was its own character. And HOLY SHIT. The lead actress (Willa Fitzgerald) in this was OUTSTANDING. Kyle Gallner’s range is insane. All the acting was 10/10 honestly. It was brutal, comedic, and a solid watch. Would definitely revisit this one again soon!
