  shout out to rowhouse for actually playing this at 5. sometimes all you need to fix yourself is a hot girl walk through the city

  more thoughts: the decision to make a movie in which a character convincingly undergoes a shift from hopelessness to happiness take place in real time (one movie minute corresponds to one real minute) is so powerful. because the runtime of this movie is really all the time it takes for your life to change completely and that’s really how it always goes

  starts intense and just keeps escalating. surprisingly fresh feminist commentary imo. ending was rushed and the resolution felt very unearned, but the best scenes will stick with me for a long time
