  Rewatched and loved it even more. Makes me want to live in gloomy Sweden. The plot is silly if you think too hard about it, but the great characters make it work.

  How does David Fincher manage to make the grimmest stories and grimiest locations feel so cozy? Many have complaints about how long this is, but I wish it were longer. Fincher should work on a whole TV series about unsolved murders...

  They put an Egyptian head dress on a black guy and named him Kang. What did Marvel mean by this?

  This is a mess. At least when George Lucas made a CGI shitshow there was passion behind it (and it was still the early 00's). I couldn't give a shit about Kang, the multiverse or any of this green screen nonsense, and I can't believe they're betting the farm on it.

  Fight Club 1999

  Very stylish. Well directed. Enjoyable the whole way through. The Gen-X attitude is a little dated but it's a product of its time, can't really hold it against the film for that.

  Also, just realised I'm older now than Edward Norton was in this film and I feel like shit.
