am i bitch for saying if you need that many references to other films whats the point of this one then? the body horror stuff was really good, especially in the first act while it was still really grounded in skin crawling "human body" horror moments. i had fun, i dont think i have much to take away 🤷♀️

First saw this when it came out and loved it again on rewatch, it aged very well. texting scenes are impeccable, kstew fixating on a harness is a bonus for us gays, and this will forever be in the canon of truly great "tempted by the devil" films.
