  I almost turned it off during the first 10 minutes but was glad I didn’t. The saccharine veneer wears off quickly and is replaced by a welcome  rock of cynicism that clashes nicely with the sleek and shiny visuals.  Cynthia Erivo is outstanding and Ariana is very fun.

  Epic and heavy. Took a darker turn that didn’t seem necessary and is slightly marred by an unfortunate stylistic choice at the end, this movie still hits hard and leaves an impact. I did in fact, feel brutalized.

  This movie snuck up on me. Even with Green as director I thought it was going to be a Hallmark-light Christmas movie. But it is truly delightful. Quirky, funny and told with a unique voice. A new holiday staple.

  Tight script and great acting across the board. Keaton is a goddamn ringer in everything (see: American Assassin). I do wish he had handed directing over to someone else. Overall feels a bit stilted and CBSesque
