This only my second time watching this trilogy, which is pretty crazy since it’s as old as me. The first time was around 10-11 years ago. Somehow though, after only one watch before I couldn’t help but feel nostalgia while watching. This is the best Batman film ever. I could watch six hours of this.
The beginning of the film has a still angry Bruce set out to scare criminals into submission in order to prevent something like what he experienced to ever happen again. He believes his mission is failing when year later close to the anniversary of his parents death, a young boy finds his father, another political figure like his own father, murdered.

There is someone cast as baby eater, but I don’t remember that scene. I might’ve zoned out because I was thinking about my dad dying, or (hopefully) cut it. If that’s the case, thank goodness. Reading that part was rough enough.
The movie itself was good, but I’m still not over the fact that Ferb plays Paul McCartney.
Final fight was the best in the franchise. So cool to see how far cameras have come by witnessing the sweat being punched off someone.
I do think it would have been interesting to get Rocky’s opinion about setting up the first fight with Dame, since they did reference the original, but I don’t think this film suffered without it.
This movie being a directorial debut is so crazy, it’s one of my favorites in the franchise already.
