meh. The story was okay, somewhat realistic—probably more realistic than I thought it would be going in, and the humor was meh. I sat next to an older lady that seemed to be weeping/sniffling the entire length of the movie; I personally did not feel like crying, but perhaps she did enough for the both of us. One critique I do have: cut down on the foreshadowing. I did not read the book before watching, but I think I knew all the “twists” and turns from the opening 20 minutes of the movie.
