  Enjoyable yet nothing of substance. At first there were no unique ideas, and it barely held my attention. It seems like it would be great if you’re in the mood for something spooky on in the background while you focus on something else. It has a nice haunting ambiance but isn’t the type of movie you choose to watch when you’re wanting to be captured by a movie. The beginning feels very long, and there is nothing new or exciting…

  This was the movie version of edging. So much buildup with a weak payoff. It felt like they put every A24 trope into ChatGPT and made a movie based on the most basic, predictable and unoriginal aspects. Feet were shown so much I thought it would have some symbolism but nope. They just love feet. The basic cult cliches like color, symbolism to Christ. What was the purpose of the taxidermy? Again extremely predictable and underwhelming.

  i’ll never forgive them for putting Ayo in this movie but she saved it
