Rewatch cos I’m off to Japan for an entire month in a couple weeks :D!!!
I don’t what came over 20yr old Lara watching this for the first time and hating it lol. 5yrs on and after a couple years of backpacking around, you realise how these fleeting interactions really take a toll on you and this film is a brilliant showcase of that. Love love and completely relate to the solitude of the main characters and them finding solace with each other. Forever grateful for those people that have crossed my path. Can’t wait to see what Japan has in store for me 😌
