In the Heart of the Sea 2015
Loved so much about this!! The narrative from start to finish had me hooked. The underwater shots, insane. The true fear of the white whale. The green tones. The first time we see captain Chase break. Tom Holland diving into a whale carcass for oil. Matthew staying on the island to die but still not opening the bottle of rum!!! The cannibalism took me by surprise, but the wife's reaction broke my heart. What a keeper. Making peace with the heart of the sea.
