Director and co-writer Rose Glass (Saint Maud) delivers an intense and visceral romantic crime thriller that had me on the edge of my seat for its whole runtime. The cinematography from Ben Fordesman (Saint Maud, The End of the F***ing World) and sound design from Paul Davies (Saint Maud, You Were Never Really Here) had me squirming just as much as the sweaty and intensely vascular narrative. Kristen Stewart and Katy O’Brian were fantastic in the lead roles, and Ed Harris provided a delightfully unhinged supporting performance.

One Night in Miami... 2020
One Night in Miami serves as an excellent directorial debut for Regina King. Great performances, exceptional writing, and fantastic character moments make for a compelling film about the fictionalized story of a meeting between four Black legends.

Outside the Wire 2021
Outside the Wire has scraps of good ideas cobbled together into a mess of a story. A few good action sequences can’t save this lackluster action film from boring characters and poor storytelling.
