really good sound design, acting, editing, and sleek cinematography buuut the plot is soooo formulaic and predictable. for a movie that so many people say is really psychological, the characters are simple and shallow. the whole movie is just steeped in gross masculinity-the only woman character is one dimensional and her only purpose is as a love interest. overall i think this movie is massively overrated and not particularly thoughtful but it’s engaging and fun
