I'm glad I went into this relatively blind other than knowing the very basic premise because my goodness what an experience.

I'm always down for some gnarly body horror and this one truly takes a few extra steps to push some limits and it's both grotesque and hilarious making it nearly impossible to look away.

I was not prepared for how much I loved this movie.

The kind of movie that makes me remember why I love movies, I think.

I've seen this film several times over the years, but probably not since the last time I had a VCR hooked up.

Watching it today made me realize all over again that this is probably as close to a masterpiece as you can get.

Spielberg has so many films he'll be remembered for long after he's gone and this one is right there at the top if you ask me (just don't ask me because how the fuck could anyone…
