  a straight man’s wet dream of a movie - cars, women being looked at through binoculars (male gaze✊)

  Fennel demonstrates slapping the word ‘satire’ on a film doesn’t speak this into existence. Touching on class doesn’t mean you’re automatically criticising structural inequality.

  It’s fine to make films where the most transgressive element is a blurry shot of a skid mark or someone nosediving into cum infused bathwater but don’t catfish this as being more than it is.
