  This has a lot to like about it but it doesn't quite work for me.

  I feel like the ending was neither the one you'd expect or the shocking twist it could have been.

  For pure film-making, acting, writing, directing etc, this is a great movie. I just didn't enjoy it because it stressed me out.

  Odd little film. Reminds me of The Lobster in that it takes an out-there concept and makes it a metaphor/symbol for relationships.

  Not for the squeamish however.

  I liked it, mostly because of Jessie Buckley and Riz Ahmed.

  Doctor Who: Scream of the Shalka 2003

  Gotta love that early '00s animation style.

  This is a bit of an odd one. Shown in the so-called 'wilderness years' Richard E. Grant is the ninth Doctor, or would have been, or is in an alternate... something.

  Anyway the story is good, though quite dark. The animation, though simple is effective (thanks to Cosgrave Hall). I found Grant's performance a bit weird at times but then again the script has him say and do things that are, let's say…
