Hereditary 2018
Toni Collette absolutely devoured in this film, her acting was phenomenal and had me engaged the whole time. I can’t lie when I got to the end of this film I was a little confused as to what the plot was. However, after diving into explanations I understood a lot more and might I say this was well done. This film definitely doesn’t deserve a 5 star because there just wasn’t enough scare factor and some of the connections felt like a stretch. I can’t lie appreciate the abruptness of this film though.

(500) Days of Summer 2009
This man was painfully awkward with summer and honestly I can’t blame her for not sticking it out in the end. However I think it would have been nice to get a little bit more on summers character and why she was that way, the mysterious vibe was giving me paper town energy. I liked the idea of progressing through the 500 days of relationship and getting to witness some of the ups and downs of it. I can’t lie the last scene with the tree did make me snicker cause how classic.
