  rewatched bc it just won best picture and it’s pretty freaking fantastic

  really glad sean baker is getting all of his flowers now because i vividly remember how i felt the first time i ever watched the florida project and tangerine. still some of my favorite + most rewatched movies ever!

  I got it. I really got the idea. And I loved the idea and thought it was so important and beautiful and emotional.

  It was just executed poorly. The writing was off, the directing was off, the audio mixing was off, it was very much style over substance.

  The couple of good moments it had were very good. But the whole movie dragged and never came close to its peaks.

  Trying to make this review as honest as possible but I couldn’t find a single redeeming thing about this movie besides maybe Leonardo DiCaprio’s performance. It was, in my eyes at least, the worst thing a movie can be; boring.
