Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb 1964
A lot of sexual simbolism, genius dialogues and great direction, but my least favorite Kubrick's so far. I didn't even laugh once and got sleepy even though there were smart punchlines and plenty of political and sexual jokes. As I got sleepy I've seen it twice so that I wouldn't miss anything, but didn't feel a thing about the movie. I understand there's no a single line without purpose and the satire is sharp and acute, the names of the characters provide hints of the sexual natur of the comedy, and the last Dr Strange discourse is remarkable, yet, I didn't quite enjoy this movie.
