Fantastic and disturbing to watch at times.
What I will take away from the movie how love is used to portray the justification of ownership over another person. Which Bella, when in love, does not. And in the end, those how did not try to chain here, are the ones she ends up with.

The movie will definitely stay with me. Imo, that this movie should have been political is besides the point. It is about documenting cruelty, war crimes, the documentation of terror, so that the people that succeed us can partake and hopefully learn from the past.
We experience a worn-torn USA through the lens of reporters and that perspective is draws us closer to the combat scenes than in other war movies.
It also captures the ignorance of some people.
