I went into this really excited but was so underwhelmed. Maybe I just didn’t get it but this movie wasn’t for me. Beautiful looking movie though.

In my opinion, this is much better than the original. Much more realistic, less toxic, and the characters were more likeable. The chemistry between Noah and Nick in this movie also seems more genuine, whereas with mia culpa, it seemed like senseless lust. I also loved how Nick actually cares about Noah’s trauma and doesn’t finish the fight, showing that he truly wants to be the best he can for Noah. Overall this movie is, in my opinion, much better than the original. Also Matt Broome is too hot and im obsessed! 4 stars.
