Understanding those around us is formidable, difficult, and yet so, so important. We never know how our expectations shape people we love, but if we truly love them, setting them free, as much as possible, is a beautiful thing. People, especially children will sometimes set themselves free one way or another, but the process can be easier if we try, just a little more.
