By far at the TOP of current movie adaptations of musicals. I literally couldn’t look away at any moment. Absolutely adored the characters and the setting, I do wish the timeline was more concise I had found myself going back and forth wondering where we were but I got the hang of it after seeing the haircut and color of Almuts hair!
It was an amazing storyline and Florence Pugh & Andrew Garfield really fleshed out their characters and beautifully executed their chemistry.
It was intimate not as much in an ‘erotic’ way but in a very sensual way, I viewed it as a painting personally!
Lovely chemistry, outstanding emotion, lovely cinematography, lovely atmosphere just prepare yourself to go back and forth with the timeline!
