The effects, sets, and overall vibes of this movie were on point, absolute 80s vibes. Think it just suffered from having too much going on. Her being chased by the PI, her dad’s cult stalking her, and her movie career all happening at the same time was a lot to juggle. Felt like everything just worked out fine for her which made it more of a ‘who done it’ than a horror movie
