  "What's good for the bankers is good for America" see how that was a line said by a liar, Obama you smooth-talking fuck, see how he was NOT TELLING THE TRUTH. John Ford figured that shit out in 1939 so how you couldn't in 2008 is beyond me.

  Really strong directorial debut. The mom is so great and fucking creepy as shit (positive).

  I love that the film seems completely uninterested in explaining itself, more movies need to have the faith in their audience to just let things be.

  My only gripe is that I would love to have the characters be more fleshed out. 

  I really fucked with the mom/son story and that’s a testament to the film making at hand.

  If you have time at TIFF, go see the following shows, you are in for a treat.
