Anora 2024
I loved the cinematography and the colour grading, it's definitely worth watching. However, I wish women were taken seriously, their characters deserve to be respected and well-written. Anora is supposed to be a strong female character. All I see is the male gaze and a man TRYING to make her be a strong woman character. Failing miserably though. Ani does nothing but scream, curse, and hit other men. This is the definition of a "strong woman" according to men. Funny Armenians at least!
