After revisiting both, I have a slight preference for Sunset Boulevard, but this is still one of the better Best Picture winners ever.
Four women nominated for acting and Marilyn Monroe is also in this. Absurd talent all around. Anne Baxter running in the leading category to hurt Bette Davis' chances is almost too good.
Every character is in a different movie. And there are so many characters. Even John Williams can’t figure out what the tone of this is supposed to be.
This was nominated for Best Picture. Lol.
