La Notte is a suffocating existence that condemns modernity to an lacking disease of self-satisfaction and deceit. The film is an intricate inspection into the rootlessness of the modern man, from an alpha male perspective. Love it!

Once Upon a Time in America 1984
Masterpiece, Leone completly changed the way gangsters during the prohibition era were viewed from a Jewish perspective and he deserves alot of credit for it. Honest & thorough and comedic at times with some of the powerful dialogue and shot scenes made it hard for the audience to loose intrest during this nearly 4 hour classic.

Mean Streets 1973
Mean Streets is one of the most Martin Scorsese movies you'll see, although made earlier in his career, his style of filmmaking shines in every scene. Along with great acting from a young Di Nero and Harvey Keitel. My favorite opening credits of all time.
