  I had the pleasure of watching Cherry become what it is from the very start. Since seeing it pitched in class I knew it was something special.

  Cherry: ambitious, bold, and simply Ava. The film is brilliant and for the time frame, it’s all there. I’ve seen a few of Ava’s work and I admire her cinematography style so much, especially here. I think it’s very distinct and uniquely associated with Ava. It’s a statement, even! (If that makes sense).…
