  This was more spectacular than I thought it would be! I don’t know how they fit the entire plot into the stage show, because I felt the pacing and development on this was so good — I didn’t want it to end lol. Also the acting was top tier which is very necessary because bad acting could make the subject matter seem corny when it’s actually really beautiful

  People who try to say that the 2005 movie “captures the feel of the book better” have no reading comprehension skills and do not know my girl Jane Austen. This has the crucial scene of Mr. Darcy APOLOGIZING to Lizzie for being such a jackass that the movie just left out. And the characters in this adaptation are so much closer to the book — Mr. Bennet is not nice!!! This is the best version hands down
