An immensely grand and expansive, yet ambient and surreal film. The choice of fish eye lenses makes each shot in which its employed pop unlike anything ive ever seen. Its audio-mixing creates an immensely grounded story. Dicaprio (as always) gives an insane performance, and alongside Tom Hardy, you get an unrecognisable duo giving performances of a lifetime.

Overall goated film worth the watch, bear went crazy. bear went grrrr.

I was extremely looking forward to watching this film, and for good reason. I, like many, enjoy a solid, well-crafted sci-fi and this looked like 2023’s best candidate.

This film is visually stunning but somewhat narratively average, however, the beautiful shots far outweigh the boring narrative moments. Furthermore, the films pacing was brilliant in my opinion, and for a film with such an expansive world, didn't waste too much time delivering the exposition required, which i really enjoyed.…
