Um suspense psicológico de grande maestria, trazendo consigo temas sociais ainda bastantes latentes em nossa sociedade, como o racismo, a exploração e abuso na comunidade negra e pobre. Não é toa que este filme foi digno de um Oscar de melhor roteiro adotado, abordou de forma sequencial a mensagem pretendida com bastante suspense e tensão.
