  I remembered this as being funny and clever, but then again I watched this before what I call "my cinematic enlightenment," so I'm not surprised its not the 4/4 masterpiece I thought it was. Still, I liked it and I think modern blockbuster (Endgame and Infinity War, cough cough) could learn some lessons from this movie. But yeah, this isn't Emmerich's best work, Midway is better.
