Perfect Days 2023
Koji Yakusho and all the other actors carried this movie. The cinematography was pretty good but I wasn’t blown away. My issue was the lack of direction: the plot took us to so many places, we met so many characters, and so many bathrooms at once that it was hard to develop anything in one particular spot. I just wasn’t sure what I was supposed to take away from the movie. Also, it could have been 30 minutes shorter.
