Enys Men 2022
A hypnotic and unnerving tale of isolation and hauntings of the past. the bulk of the film is nightmarish fueled by ambiguity leaving the viewer to feel helpless and unsettled, you are at the mercy of the narrative (or the lack there of). i loved the stylized nature of the film, as it is meant to feel like a 1970’s folklore tale. if you are a fan of horror i would highly recommend watching this, but go into it with no expectations, let it transport you into a vintage nightmare.
