  almost did a little cry at the end

  i watched this with my mum and although she fell asleep through most of it, i hope she's beginning to realise that the way my brother acts towards her is something that she needs to challenge more often.

  i refuse to believe nobody noticed they looked completely different

  ..also don’t know how i feel about the black and white 
  it looks gorgeous but lacks the vibrancy and romanticism of italy that the ‘97 film had 

  it seemed to drag, but not in the right places 
  the build up of tom and dickies relationship could have been much more drawn out like in the ‘97 film. 
  to me, it felt like they barely knew eachother before dickie was dead

  rating this seems a little insensitive so i’m going to leave it blank 

  i simply cannot believe for a second that all of this is some elaborate lie to ruin a dead man’s reputation. 

  i hope these men can heal from the trauma they faced.
