Ripley walked so Saltburn could stumble down the exact same path.
Someone got too playful with the opening edits but we forget all about that when Jude law dies act 1.
(I also forgot this film has about 30 sec of exposition in a 2.5 hr run time. Maybe the director really likes isekai)
Surprised myself and watched the entire movie.
Some of the worst accents I’ve ever heard. Offended both American southerners and perhaps all of Britain.

There are some baaaad lines of dialogue. Visually, you know, it’s stunning. But is there literally anything else going on? Why are the only “good” characters white and all the villains are ethnically ambiguous / what’s going on here with that whole thing? You’re telling me that incel Ryan gosling did all this for the girl next door just from holding her hand?…
