despairingly real with a tinge of humor. the film being shot from a child’s perspective made it real & relatable even if you couldn’t relate to the general story. not sure how i feel about the ending scene, but that’s a small criticism for an otherwise good movie.

this was an action packed movie from beginning to end. the lack of knowing what was happening was frustrating at times but i appreciated it because i really felt like i was in kate’s shoes. when you finally find out, it all comes together in a shocking way. the concept behind the movie was enthralling and the intensity of the graphics was captivating. horrifyingly well done.
